Our service business has grown year on year and trebled in the last 5 years, so we must be doing something right! We currently look after in excess of 2000 customer owned forklifts and over 1000 short and long term hire forklifts.
The backbone of our success is our staff – Our Service Management Team collectively offer in excess of 100 years’ experience in the forklift service business, and their experience and technical know-how ensures that FTD will continue to lead the way for years to come.
Our field service engineers are carefully chosen for technical ability, experience and communicative skills. This, together with complete product training, ensures the very best service is provided.
We take great pride in the levels of service we give on a daily basis – responding to all service calls within and average of less than 3 hours.
All records of service work carried out are stored electronically on our Service Management System. Our customers are given a unique username and password to access the SMS which allows them to view all of the service and job history for each forklift they have, giving complete transparency of everything we do!
